Answer: Viktaara Entertainment is a Delhi NCR-based event management and production company providing end-to-end solutions for weddings, corporate events, concerts, exhibitions, and private celebrations. We manage everything from planning to execution under one roof.

2. What inspired you to start your own event management business?

Answer: My passion for creativity, event planning, and execution inspired me to start Viktaara Entertainment. I wanted to build a company that delivers professional event experiences while providing clients with quality services at competitive prices.

3. What types of events does your company organize?

Answer: We specialize in weddings, Haldi, Mehendi, Roka, Ring Ceremonies, Mayra, corporate functions, concerts, exhibitions, and private parties. We customize every event according to the client's vision and requirements.

4. How do you decide the budget for an event?

Answer: We consider the client's budget, guest count, venue, and expectations before preparing a detailed quotation. We allocate costs across decoration, catering, production, entertainment, hospitality, and logistics to maintain transparency.

5. What are the biggest challenges in managing an event?

Answer: Managing tight schedules, coordinating multiple vendors, and handling last-minute changes are major challenges. We overcome them through proper planning, experienced manpower, clear communication, and backup arrangements.

6. How do you attract new clients to your company?

Answer: We focus on social media marketing, client referrals, professional networking, and showcasing our work through photographs and videos. Building trust through service quality and client satisfaction is central to our growth strategy.

Answer: We evaluate vendors based on service quality, reliability, experience, pricing, and execution capabilities. Our trusted vendor network helps us deliver consistent results while maintaining competitive budgets.

Answer: We listen to the client's concerns, assess the situation, and implement practical solutions quickly. Our priority is to maintain service quality and ensure that unexpected changes do not disrupt the overall event.

Answer: Technology helps us streamline client communication, budgeting, scheduling, digital invitations, and marketing. Social media also allows us to showcase our work, reach potential clients, and strengthen our brand presence.

Answer: Our vision is to expand Viktaara Entertainment across India, undertake larger weddings and corporate productions, strengthen our brand presence, and build long-term partnerships with premium clients and industry professionals.

11. What is the approximate annual turnover of your company?

Answer: Our annual turnover is confidential, but we operate at a healthy seven-figure annual revenue level.

12. How do you calculate your profit margin for each event?

Answer: We deduct vendor payments, transportation, labour, operational expenses, and applicable taxes from the amount charged to the client. The remaining amount determines our profit.

13. Which types of events generate the most revenue?

Answer: Weddings and associated celebrations, including Haldi, Mehendi, Roka, Ring Ceremonies, and Mayra, generally generate the highest revenue due to their multiple functions and extensive service requirements.

14. What are your biggest marketing and customer-acquisition challenges?

Answer: Our biggest challenge is communicating the difference between professional event management and low-cost, basic tent services. We educate clients about the value of better quality, reliable execution, professional coordination, and comprehensive services at a reasonable price difference.

15. Do you hire freelancers, interns, or full-time employees?

Answer: We follow a flexible staffing model that includes freelancers, interns, commission-based associates, and a core group of team members who work with us regularly on a full-time basis.
